Kvarken Council EGTC’s Annual Meeting 2025

Warm welcome to the Kvarken Council EGTC’s Annual Meeting on May 22nd–23rd, 2025, in Sundsvall, Sweden!

Kvarken Council’s annual meeting will be held at the Södra Stadsberget Hotel in Sundsvall on May 23rd, 2025, from 09:00 to 12:00 Swedish time. It is NOT possible to participate remotely. The meeting will be simultaneously interpreted. In connection with the annual meeting, a seminar and a study visit will be organized on May 22nd, 2025.

At the Kvarken Council’s meeting, statutory annual meeting matters will be addressed, including the annual report and financial statements for the year 2024. Meeting documents will be sent to the delegates in accordance with the statutes 2–4 weeks before the meeting.

Flights will be arranged from Vaasa to Sundsvall on May 22nd, 2025, and back to Vaasa on May 23rd, 2025. Those who intend to use this opportunity should register their participation via the registration link that will be sent out at the beginning of April. Note that there are a limited number of seats which will be filled in the order of registration. Annual meeting delegates and participants book their accommodation independently.
