The project Midway Alignment of the Bothnian Corridor has won the international Sail of Papenburg Award.
The Award is granted annually by the Association of European Border Regions (AEBR) in order to encourage cross-border cooperation. The first Sail of Papenburg award was bestowed in 2002. The winner must exhibit exemplary cooperation in an international context.
The 2016 award will be presented to Midway Alignment of the Bothnian Corridor in Liberec in the Czech Republic on Friday.
